PROP 60 / 90 / 110
Propostitions 60,90, and 110 are constitutional amendments approved by the voters of California. They relate to the provision of the transfer of a property's base year value from an existing residence to a replacement residence, under certain conditions, for for qualified person over the age of 55 or persons of any age who are severely or permanently disabled.


PROP 58
This proposition 58 is a constitutional amendment approved by the voters of California which relates to the exclusion from reassessment of transfers of certain real property between family members.


PROP 193
This proposition relates to the transfer from grandparents to a grandchild under the strict condition that the parents of the grandchild are deceased as of the date of transfer or purchase.
